Yep, he has several outfits, the bear skin is just a cloths. So everyone also is Rilakkuma. Japanese people live busy life every day. In fact, they really want to live at ease,relaxation and comfortable. Including the author Aki Kondo, so she designed Rilakkuma. He reflects the author's desire.
